St3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the st3 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the st3 platform via website or mobile app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the st3 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the st3 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is ongoing and applies each time you access the platform, place a bet, claim a bonus or carry out any financial transaction. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
The st3 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the st3 platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice. st3 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the st3 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the betting system. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users also agree not to:
- Using automation software, bots or third-party scripts to place bets or access the platform.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it for commercial purposes.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through dishonest methods or in violation of bonus terms.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the st3 platform to other users.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is legally prohibited.
St3 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending an account while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the st3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets and supported online banking options. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted directly.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated, depending on the method used. st3 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
- Deposit minimum: Depends on the method selected; refer to the wallet section on the platform for the latest information.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after verification. All bonus rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Identity verification: st3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
- Suspicious transactions: Any transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.
Users agree that all completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed once a bet has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, st3 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The st3 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or fitness for a particular purpose. st3 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, technical failures or service disruptions beyond our control.
Where st3's liability must be recognised, our total liability is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
St3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months with no transactions.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the review process is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the st3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of st3 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written permission from st3.
Use of st3's brand name, logo or any marketing materials for personal or commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The st3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. st3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
St3 reserves the right to modify, update or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the st3 platform shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
